About these terms

Loupe Media (Helal 2 Building, Al Warqa 1, Dubai, United Arab Emirates) runs loupemedia.co. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Our services

Loupe Media is a creator marketing agency. We offer niche and funnel analysis, scripting, editing and funnel management. Any work we do for you is covered by a separate written proposal or agreement, which sets out the scope, fees and timing. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.

Loupe AI

Loupe AI is in-house software used by our team. It isn’t sold or licensed to the public, and contacting us doesn’t create an account, a subscription or a contract.

No guarantee of results

Views, followers, engagement and sales depend on things outside our control, including platform algorithms, audience behaviour, competition and the content you choose to publish. We don’t guarantee any particular result. Examples on this site, including the example scan, breakdowns, hooks and numbers, are illustrations of how our work and Loupe AI operate. They are not client results.

AI-assisted work

We use AI tools, including Loupe AI, to research and draft. AI output can contain mistakes, and scores such as how easy an idea is to film are judgments that can be wrong. Our team reviews the work, but you’re responsible for approving content before it’s published.

Not professional advice

Nothing on this site or in our analysis is legal, medical, financial or tax advice. Get advice from a qualified professional for those matters.

Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate information, and only send material you have the right to share.
• Follow the rules of the platforms you post on and the laws that apply to your content, including any advertiser or influencer permits and the rules on disclosing paid partnerships.
• Don’t send unlawful, harmful or infringing content, passwords or API keys, other people’s private information, or confidential material.
• Don’t misuse the site, for example by attempting to break it, scrape it at scale or send spam through the booking form.

Other creators’ work

We study publicly available videos to understand what works. We write new concepts adapted to your brand and leave the original video’s sound and footage out of any rewrite. You’re responsible for making sure what you publish doesn’t copy or infringe anyone else’s work.

Intellectual property

The Loupe Media and Loupe AI names, the aperture logo, and the text, design and code of this site belong to Loupe Media. You may view and share pages for personal or business reference, but you may not copy, reproduce or reuse them without written permission. Content you send us stays yours. You allow us to use it to reply to you and to do the work you ask for. Rights in work we create for you are set out in our agreement with you.

Platforms and trademarks

Instagram and Facebook are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc. YouTube is a trademark of Google LLC. TikTok is a trademark of ByteDance Ltd. We mention these names only to describe the platforms we work with. Loupe Media isn’t affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of these companies, and your use of their platforms is governed by their own terms.

Links to other websites

The site may link to other websites, such as maps or platforms. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or practices.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows:

• the site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind;
• Loupe Media isn’t liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, followers, data or opportunity, arising from use of the site;
• our total liability arising from use of the site is limited to AED 100;
• for services, our liability is set by our agreement with you. Where it doesn’t say, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us for the services that gave rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Loupe Media against claims, losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, that arise from content or information you provide to us, your publication or use of our work, or your breach of these terms, the law or a platform’s rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

General

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These terms, together with our Privacy policy, Data privacy notice and Disclaimer, are the whole agreement about your use of the site. If we don’t enforce a right straight away, we haven’t waived it.
