Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data Loupe Media collects, why we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have. For a short summary of what happens when you book a call with us, see the Data privacy notice.
Who we are
Loupe Media is a creator marketing agency founded by Ali Aziz, based at Helal 2 Building, Al Warqa 1, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We run this website, loupemedia.co, and we’re responsible for the personal data described in this policy.

What we collect
- Inquiry details. When you book a call: your name, email address, the type of creator or business you are, the platforms you use, your message, the call time and country you pick, your consent, and the date and time you booked.
- Communications. Emails, calls and messages you exchange with us, including your email address and phone number.
- Client work. If we work together: profile details such as what you sell, who you serve, your tone, what you can film and with what, the claims you may make and the things you never want to do; the accounts and videos you ask us to study; performance figures you share; and content you send us.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time, to keep the site secure and running.
We don’t ask for sensitive data such as health, religious or financial information. Please don’t send it.
Why we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and email you about it. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- To discuss, quote for and deliver our services. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before a contract, and performing our contract with you.
- To keep records, secure the site and prevent spam and abuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interests in running a safe, organised business.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting duties. Legal basis: legal obligation.
Emails and marketing
After you book a call, you receive one automatic email confirming the time. We don’t add you to a mailing list. We only send marketing emails if you separately agree to receive them, and every marketing email includes a simple way to stop them.
AI tools
For client work, our team uses AI tools, including our in-house software Loupe AI and outside AI and data services, to analyse public videos and the material you give us. We send these services only what the work needs. People on our team review the results, and we don’t use AI to make decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects.
International transfers
Some of our providers store or process data outside the United Arab Emirates, for example in the European Union or the United States. We use established providers and take reasonable steps so your data stays protected wherever it’s processed.
How long we keep it
- Inquiries that don’t lead to work: up to 24 months after our last contact, then we delete them.
- Client records: for as long as we work together, and afterwards for as long as the law requires for business, tax and accounting records.
- Server logs: for the short period our hosting provider keeps them.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, such as access controls, secure connections and reputable providers. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law and the EU and UK GDPR, you may have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you and get a copy;
- correct data that’s wrong or incomplete;
- have your data deleted;
- restrict or object to how we use it;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting what we did before.
To use these rights, email ibra@loupemedia.co. We may need to confirm your identity, and we aim to respond within 30 days. You can also complain to a data protection authority. In the UAE, that’s the UAE Data Office.
Children
This site and our services are for adults and businesses. We don’t knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you think a child has sent us their details, email us and we’ll delete them.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
